Objective of the Camp
• This camp was conducted with the core objective of addressing unemployment among youth and women by providing:

• Awareness about existing employment schemes and industry requirements

• Orientation on skill-based career paths

• Counselling for job readiness

• Registration support for vocational and skill training programs

Target Beneficiaries
• Unemployed youth (18–40 years)

• Women from urban slums and semi-rural areas

• School and college dropouts seeking career direction

• Marginalized individuals looking for job opportunities

Understanding Causes of Unemployment & Local Employment Trends

Job Readiness: Soft Skills, Resume Writing, and Interview Preparation

• Introduction to Skill Trades – Electrician, Smart Meter Installation, Chemical Operated Machiner, etc.

• Information on Upcoming Training by Samarpan Trust & ARAIA
