Objective of the Training
• The main goal of this training program was to empower rural women of Deloli village by providing them with practical skills and entrepreneurship knowledge to help them achieve financial independence and contribute to their families and communities.

Mud Work Training
• Making Eco-friendly Products (wall hangings, torans, etc.)
• Entrepreneurship Development (EDP)
• Packaging, Branding, and Selling Techniques
Basic Financial Literacy & Digital Awareness
Training Duration:
• 30 Days (4 Hours/Day)
Participants
• A total of 30 rural women beneficiaries from Deloli and surrounding villages participated in the training.
• Women from homemakers, and unemployed youth were mobilized.
Role of Trainers
• Hasumatiben K. Patel guided the women with hands-on training, practical sessions, and motivational talks, helping them grasp new skills and gain confidence.
Dineshbhai B. Patel, a seasoned EDP trainer, conducted sessions on:
• Market linkages
• Product costing & pricing
• Micro-business management
• Benefits of self-employment schemes (e.g., PMEGP, Mudra)
Training Highlights
• Daily live demonstrations and practice workshops
• Group activities to promote teamwork and creative thinking
• Visits by local dignitaries and CSR representatives
• Display of final products made by participants
• Certificate distribution ceremony with cultural celebration
